As AI systems flood us with recommendations and content, the real challenge is making sure what’s delivered feels relevant. Relevance isn’t static anymore—it happens in the moment, as users interact with AI.
I created a research tool to measure how well AI-driven content matches users' needs. By focusing on key factors like relevance, trust, and ease of use, we tested real systems with real data, revealing what makes AI feel helpful, transparent, and trustworthy.
This approach helps designers and engineers ensure AI adds value where it matters most: in the user’s experience.
