Methodology for capturing fluid interactions

In this piece we take a fresh look at how culture shapes technology design. Using Basile Zimmermann’s waves and forms framework, we highlight how culture is fluid, dynamic, and deeply tied to the tools and materials people use.
By understanding culture as something that emerges through interaction, yet something we can capture through concrete observation, we show how digital design can better resonate with communities.
